As promised, these are some pictures I’ve snapped during my first conducted baking class in group.

To tell you the truth, I was quite nervous. I’ve only had several sessions of 1-to-1 and 1-to-2 classes. 1-to-many? I went white-knuckled !

Fortunately, the class went just as great though my banana carrot cake was not properly done probably due to the oven’s condition. Though it tasted equally great, the appearance was not. Nonetheless, the participants had been extremely eager to learn which delighted me at the end of every session. And I surely had a lot of improvisations needed to be done.

Mistakes are opportunities of learning something new.

Oh, and well, I was not in any of these pictures. Shall upload some more soon.
